"Very impressive service until night pickup (4.30 am). As the driver had been designated already I asked for a 11 pm call the previous evening l and was told 2am, just when family still sleeping. The call only came after chasing nearer 3.am. Unnecessary anxiety and stress and disturbance. Great shame which marred an otherwise overall excellent service. Since the rest of the booking and driver etc we’re so good I’m leaving a tip.
